Job Description
My client, a leader in the Australian Investment space, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join them for an initial 12 month daily rate contract, with the view for long term extension. The role will be responsible for leading end-to-end change management to operationalise the AI Strategy, including enhancing AI governance, building organisational capability and optimising outcomes. The role is very much a transformational change position so change management experience across similar AI and/or Technology Strategy and enablement is essential.

The requirements:
n
n
Strong experience in Change Management delivering end-to-end, complex programs of work for AI/ technology enablement/AI transformation
n
Strong program Communications experience
n
Strong experience across end-to-end project change (not just BAU)
n
Investment/Super/Wealth/Financial
Services experience highly regarded
n
Proven effective stakeholder management skills including
leadership/executive
level
n
Ability to work in quick-paced, ambiguous, environments with diverse stakeholder groups
n
PROSCI certification (highly advantageous)
n
Project Management certifications highly advantageous
n
