The Role
n
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from planning through to completion.
n
You will oversee all aspects of project performance including programme management, commercial outcomes, client relationships, safety, quality and team leadership.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n




Lead the delivery of construction projects from commencement to completion
n
Manage project budgets, forecasting and financial performance
n
Develop and maintain project programmes and critical milestones
n
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
n
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
n
Build and maintain solid client and stakeholder relationships
n
Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
n
Oversee contract administration, variations and procurement activities
n
Drive project quality and compliance standards
n
Mentor and lead project teams to achieve successful outcomes
n
n
About You
n
To be successful, you will possess:
n
n
Proven Project Management experience within the construction industry
n
Experience delivering projects valued at $10M+ preferred
n
Strong commercial and financial management capability
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Demonstrated leadership experience managing site and project teams
n
Sound understanding of contract administration and project controls
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
n
