Key responsibilities
n
Source and evaluate components, batteries, and testing equipment, working with suppliers to meet technical, quality, cost, and availability requirements.
n
Perform hardware and product verification and validation activities, including battery endurance, sensor lifespan, breathing simulation, and functional performance testing.
n
Analyse test results, identify performance trends or anomalies, and communicate findings to engineering and other internal teams.
n
Assemble, solder, program, calibrate, and maintain electronic test jigs, production fixtures, and prototype hardware.
n
Assist with the continuous improvement of PCBAs, test fixtures, and production software.
n
Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply-chain teams to resolve technical and manufacturing issues.
n
Develop and maintain hardware and software tools for automated testing, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
n
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including test procedures, assembly instructions,



calibration records, BOMs, engineering change records, and technical reports.
n
Support improvements to assembly efficiency, test coverage, product quality, and the company's Quality Management System.
n
Support electronic design activities, including schematic capture, circuit calculations, component selection, PCB layout updates, and prototype bring-up under guidance.

About you
n
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
n
2-3 years relevant experience.
n
Sound fundamentals in analog and digital electronics, microcontrollers, sensors, and common communication interfaces.
n
Practical soldering, electronic assembly, fault-finding, and laboratory test skills.
n
Exposure to PCB design, embedded firmware, or software development through university, personal, or industry projects.
n
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, documentation skills, and willingness to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
n
Desirable technical exposure: Altium Designer, STM32/nRF52/ESP32, I2C/SPI/UART, BLE/NFC, C/C++, C#, Up-to-date AI Tools, Python, LTspice, Git, and automated test systems.
