3PL Warehouse Administrator - $40 per hour

Our client is an established fashion 3PL logistics company based in Padstow and is looking for an experienced 3PL Warehouse Administrator to join their team.
n
This role is ideal for a senior administrator with 3PL, warehouse, inventory management and customer service experience who is confident working autonomously and solving problems.

The Role
n
Manage customer enquiries primarily through email and Freshdesk.
n
Support day-to-day 3PL warehouse administration.
n
Monitor orders, inventory and deliveries.
n
Liaise with warehouse, transport and operations teams.
n
Resolve customer enquiries and delivery issues.
n
Maintain accurate customer, order and inventory information.
n
Assist with KPIs and service-level requirements.
n
Identify and resolve issues proactively.
n
About You




n
Previous 3PL warehouse administration experience.
n
Solid inventory management experience.
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
n
Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
n
Confident with computers, email and Microsoft Excel.
n
Experience with Freshdesk and Tomax WMS highly regarded.
n
Positive, reliable and professional approach.
n
This is a great opportunity for an experienced person looking to develop into a broader Customer Service and Logistics role, with potential progression to $80K+ depending on experience and performance.
