This opportunity is open exclusively to current Hail Creek Open Cut contractor Mining Operators seeking conversion to permanent employment.
n
As part of Hail Creek Open Cut's **** Operator Contractor Conversion Campaign, we are inviting applications from current contractor Mining Operators who would like to be considered for permanent employment with Hail Creek Open Cut.
n
We are looking for skilled and motivated Mining Operators who demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, teamwork and operational excellence.
n
As an experienced Mining Operator already working within Hail Creek Open Cut, you understand the importance of safe and productive mining practices. You will demonstrate self-leadership, accountability,



a positive attitude and a proactive approach to your work.
ABOUT YOU n
To be considered for this internal contractor conversion opportunity, you will:
n
n
Be a current contractor working as a Mining Operator at Hail Creek Open Cut.
n
Hold a minimum of one (1) current competency on production equipment within an open cut mining operation
n
Demonstrate a solid commitment to workplace safety
n
Work effectively as part of a team
n
Demonstrate a positive attitude, accountability and willingness to learn and develop
n
Consistently demonstrate behaviours aligned with Hail Creek Open Cut's expectations and values.
n
