A team that takes pride in getting it right. **About the Role** As Ceilings by Design's current Internal Sales Representative, you'll join the internal sales team and run inbound trade enquiries from first contact through to accurate quote delivery and order management.

You'll work directly with builders, contractors and project managers who depend on your accuracy and reliability to keep their projects on track. No cold calling. No trade tools required.

The enquiries come to you, your job is to turn them into long-term customer relationships through accuracy, follow-through, and product knowledge you'll build from day one. **Duties** * Manage inbound trade enquiries from builders,



contractors and project managers* Prepare accurate project quotes and pricing using estimating tools* Process confirmed orders and coordinate delivery scheduling* Build and maintain long-term relationships with repeat commercial clients* Support the external sales team with product knowledge and pipeline management**Skills & Experience*** Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with builders, contractors and project teams* Strong numeracy and attention to detail* Background in internal sales, trade counter, customer service, retail, or commercial admin* Comfortable learning estimating or order management systems* Reliable, organised, and follows throughPrior experience in building materials or construction related industry exposure is a bonus, not a requirement.
