Learn how to grow a business
EasyAsset is looking for an unusually bright, analytical and ambitious early-career marketer who wants to learn fast and take on real responsibility.
You'll start by helping us grow our visibility acrossGoogle and AI search through SEO and GEO.
From there, we want you to progress intoconversion optimisation, growth experiments, analytics and customer acquisition.
The goal isn't to turn you into an SEO specialist.
It's to develop you into someone who understandshow businesses grow.
EasyAsset is an AI-first company.
We use AI extensively across research, analysis, marketing, product development and how we work internally.
You'll be encouraged to use AI every day to work faster, explore ideas and solve problems.
But we're not looking for someone who can simply prompt ChatGPT.
We want someone who canthink critically about what AI produces, identify what matters and turn ideas into measurable action.
What you'll work on
You'll initially focus heavily on:
SEO- finding opportunities to grow valuable organic traffic
GEO- improving EasyAsset's visibility across AI search and answer engines
Content- identifying and creating content that genuinely deserves to rank
Analytics- understanding traffic, leads and customer behaviour
CRO- improving landing pages, forms and funnels
Experimentation- developing hypotheses and running growth tests
Acquisition- exploring new ways to attract customers
AI marketing- finding better ways to research, analyse and execute using AI




Growth projects- testing new ideas across the EasyAsset business
Who we're looking for
Someone with around 2-4 years' marketing experience who can operate independently with high accountability.
We're also interested inhow quickly you learn and how well you think.
You'll likely have:
Strong learning ability- strong academic results or other evidence you learn quickly
Analytical thinking- you enjoy data, patterns and solving problems
Curiosity- you naturally want to understand why things happen
Initiative- you don't need every next step mapped out for you
AI fluency- you're already experimenting with modern AI tools
Commercial thinking- you care about business outcomes, not marketing activity
Experimentation mindset- you're comfortable testing ideas and being wrong
Transparent communication- you can explain complicated thinking simply
You don't necessarily need a marketing degree.
We'd happily consider someone fromcommerce, economics, analytics, psychology, engineering, science or another analytical disciplinewho wants to build a career in growth.
