Our client and valued partner, Samsung Electronics Australia, is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Marketing & Finance Coordinator (9-Month Fixed-Term Contract) to support its Retail and Marketing teams.
n
This is a fantastic prospect to play a key role in managing financial administration, approvals, budgets and invoices, while partnering with stakeholders across Finance, Retail, Marketing and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Manage financial pre-approvals, ensuring activities are approved and purchase orders are in place on time.
n
Maintain budget trackers, monitor spend and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders.
n
Review and process invoices, ensuring supporting evidence is accurate and payments are completed promptly.
n
Track outstanding invoices, resolve issues and liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely payment.
n
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial administration and improve efficiency.
n




Build strong relationships across Finance, Retail, Marketing and external vendor networks.
n
Support the marketing team with campaign administrative tasks including preparing briefs for content localisation.
n
Support the team with ad hoc marketing and admin tasks.
n

What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in finance administration, coordination, planning or spend tracking.
n
Strong Excel skills and experience managing budgets and financial data.
n
Previous experience processing invoices and reviewing supporting documentation.
n
Exceptional attention to detail with a highly organised and process-driven approach.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and deliver to tight deadlines.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine desire to improve processes.
