About the Role
n
This is a critical delivery-focused role for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of construction projects across the Sydney market. You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery - from inception through to practical completion - ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

You will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders, playing a central role in keeping complex, fast-moving projects aligned and on track.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously across all phases of delivery
n
Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
n
Coordinate with design and engineering teams, subcontractors,



and specialist consultants to ensure specifications are met
n
Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and implement corrective actions where required
n
Conduct regular site visits to assess status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations
n
Prepare and present transparent project reports for senior management and stakeholders
n
Develop and manage risk registers and mitigation strategies
n
Act as the central point of communication across all project stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues efficiently
n

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
n
Minimum 5 years' project management experience within the building and construction industry
n
A demonstrated track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget
n
Strong working knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
n
Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills, with clear and effective communication at all levels
n
Proficiency in project management tools and software
n
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where delivery standards are high
