Job Description
We're recruiting for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a well-established commercial builder on a major project currently in its final stages.

This is an 8-week contract role starting immediately, overseeing the finishes, defects and handover phase of a large commercial construction project.
n
You'll be working alongside an experienced site team and will play a key role in driving programme, quality and subcontractor performance through to completion.

The Role
n
n
Manage all finishing trades on site
n
Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities
n
Drive programme and milestone completion
n
Manage defects,



quality inspections and rectification works
n
Conduct site walks with consultants and client representatives
n
Ensure works are completed safely and to specification
n
Support project handover activities
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Finishes Foreman, Foreman or Site Manager on commercial construction projects
n
Strong understanding of finishing trades and sequencing
n
Proven experience managing defects and project close-out
n
Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors simultaneously
n
Robust communication and leadership skills
n
Available to commence immediately or at short notice
n
