Moreton Bay Medical Centre – Kippa-Ring QLD
Key responsibilities
Assist with patient triage and undertake preliminary diagnostic and first response care
Clinical duties including assisting with procedures, immunizations, wound management, ECG's and collection of pathology samples
Chronic disease management including the development of Care Plans, Health Assessments and Comprehensive Medical Assessments
Preventative health activities including patient education and outreach
Maintenance of clinical equipment
About you
Excellent communication skills and an ability to provide quality patient care to patients from a range of backgrounds and age demographics
Proven ability to be a positive, independent and collegial member of the team
Experience working within a busy General Practice and/or Hospital setting and an interest in developing comprehensive knowledge of General Practice nursing
Ability to manage and prioritize workloads
