Workforce Extensions Parramatta is currently seeking Commercial Duct Assemblers / Factory Assemblers for an immediate start with a busy and growing manufacturer.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and want big hours, consistent work and plenty of paid overtime.
You DO NOT need previous duct assembly experience.
If you have general assembly, manufacturing or factory experience and are confident using basic hand and power tools, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment assembling commercial ductwork and components.
Your duties will include:
Assembly of commercial ductwork and components
Using rivet guns, drills and basic hand/power tools
Joining and fastening metal components
Measuring and aligning components for assembly
General factory and production duties
Manual handling
Working as part of a busy production team
Following workplace safety and quality procedures
Hours
This role is ideal for someone who wants to earn great money through overtime.

What We're Looking For
We want people who are:
Experienced in general assembly, manufacturing or production
Confident using rivet guns, drills and basic power tools
Mechanically minded and valuable with their hands
Physically fit and comfortable working long shifts
Reliable with excellent attendance
Able to work 5–6 days per week
Available for overtime
Safety focused
Looking for stable, ongoing work
Previous experience in ductwork, sheet metal, HVAC, fabrication or metal assembly will be highly regarded but is not essential.
