We are hiring elite-level Concreters, Steel Fixers and Formwork Carpenters for a major project in NSW.

About the Role
We are seeking highly experienced, advanced Concreters, Steel Fixers and Formwork Carpenters to join a long-term project.
You will be working in a structured camp-based workplace, with FIFO options available.
This role is suited only to tradespeople who know the craft at the deepest level — people who can think ahead, solve problems on the fly, and deliver consistently high-quality results on demanding projects.
Immediate start is available.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 10 years experience
Proven skill in high-level pours, slabs, footings, formwork, finishing, and problem-solving onsite
Reliability,
high work standards, and the ability to work in camp environments
Ability to work as part of a disciplined, high-performing crew
Strong communication and initiative under pressure
Bonus (highly regarded):

Ability to lead small teams or supervise
