Think Big Early Learning Centre in Epping, VIC is seeking an experienced Diploma Qualified Room Leader for the Little Wings room (12 months to 2 years).
You will lead the room daily, guide educators, and foster a warm, engaging environment for our youngest learners while collaborating with the wider team.
The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent), at least 2 years of Room Leader experience, and a solid commitment to teamwork, relationships
