This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, gets results and thrives in a fast‐paced service environment.
The Role
Reporting directly to theGroup Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department and leading our team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Leading, supporting and inspiring the Service team
Driving the team to achievecustomer satisfaction, productivity and financial results
Providing support and guidance to our Service Advisors
Ensuring clear and effective communication between customers, Advisors and the Workshop
Liaising closely with theWorkshop and Warranty Departments
Helping manage the day‐to‐day operation of a busy, high‐volume Service Department
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and team performance




Supporting the Group Service Manager in achieving departmental targets
About You
We're looking for someone who:

Previous experience in ahigh‐volume franchise dealershipis preferred, butit's not essential.
