CustomerSales/Administrationat Wholesale Nursery
We are a family owned wholesale nursery based in Geelong, specialising in the growing, selling and installation of mature trees.
Key responsibilities
The role involves hands on sales and customer service, liaising with suppliers for stock ordering and booking jobs, and administrative duties.
Training is provided on the job.
The position is part time, with up to ***** hours available weekly.
Working days are flexible for the right candidate, though some weekend work may be required.
Business operational hours are: Weekdays 9.30 am – 4.00 pm and weekends *****am - 4.00pm.
Essential attributes
To be successful you will have:
High level customer service skills with a proactive approach to solving queries.
Adept with following processes and responsibilities.




Confident computer ability at intermediate standards, (basic knowledge of accounting program Xero is a bonus).
Positive work ethic with the ability to work unsupervised as well as in a team.
Favourable attributes
Plant knowledge or a willingness to learn.
A solution-based attitude, with experience working in a small business.
A basic understanding of social media and marketing.
Effective communicator across a diverse group of individuals.
The ability to take initiative, prioritise work based on urgency, with an attention to detail.
