Job description:
Join the St Marys team as a Collections Officer and manage a portfolio of commercial retail loan accounts
from first contact through to resolution.
In this role, you'll balance recovery outcomes with empathy, sound judgement and strong stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers about overdue commercial loan accounts
Negotiate practical payment arrangements and resolutions
Maintain accurate records, notes and supporting documentation
Coordinate dealers, legal, insolvency and auction stakeholders
Support asset valuations, disposal and recovery activity
Experience Required
Commercial collections, credit, finance or customer-service experience
Confident negotiation and difficult-conversation skills
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Organised portfolio management and sound judgement
Experience with finance systems and Microsoft Office
