Job Description
Maxwell Recruitment and Training has been a specialist supplier of skilled labour for over 15 years and currently has an opportunity for Apprentice Electricians looking to commence their apprenticeship with an established Newcastle business.
This is a great chance to gain hands on experience across solar, battery storage and general electrical work while working alongside experienced tradespeople.
Successful candidates will be required to complete drug and alcohol testing prior to commencement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with residential and commercial solar installations
Install solar panels and associated equipment
Run and secure AC and DC electrical cabling
Assist with inverter, battery and switchboard installations
Assist with testing, maintenance and fault finding
Work across Newcastle, the Central Coast and Hunter Valley




Follow all safety procedures and electrical requirements

What We're Looking For
Genuine interest in the Electrical Trade
Current Driver's Licence
Minimum completion of Year 10
Reliable with a solid work ethic and willingness to learn
