We are looking for an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensation Consultantwith strong end-to-end implementation experience to design, configure, and support SuccessFactors solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and implementSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Compensationsolutions following best practices.
Design and support complex HR business processes and Employee Lifecycle Management.
Performgap analysis, solution design, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Support SuccessFactors bi-annual upgrades and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Work with customers to understand current/future-state requirements and provide solution guidance.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
6–8 yearsof SAP SuccessFactors experience with4–5+ end-to-end implementationsacross EC & Compensation.
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay certification.
Strong experience inPosition Management, Data Models, Events/Event Derivation and RBP.
Hands-on experience withMDF Objects, Business Rules and Workflows.




Experience withCompensation Route Maps, approval processes, step types, Variable Pay and combined templates.
Strong knowledge ofcustom breakup calculations, Compensation Statements, Rewards & Recognition, Advanced/Ad-hoc Reporting.
Experience integratingEmployee Central with EC Payroll and other systems, including Integration Center.
Good understanding ofHR Business Processes and Talent Management.
