ThisCasualrole is to support our school clientson-site,who are located in Queanbeyan and in the surrounding regions.
We are looking for candidates with part-time or full time availability.
Occasional travel to Sydney may be required for training.
About the Role:
We are looking for atech savvy & customer service orientatedcandidate to work with our educational customers, deploying IT equipment to schools as well as supporting teachers, students and staff with their day-to-day IT support requirements.
Training is provided.
The role would require aNSW drivers license and access to a car.
Have or be willing to obtain both a clearNSW Working with Children Check andclearNational Police Check.
Key duties will include:
Deploying and configuring IT equipment
Providing amazing customer service across interactions with staff and students as their first point of contact for staff and student IT enquiries
Managing and actioning IT support requests logged through a ticketing system
Proactively identifying opportunities to develop and improve the school's technology
About You:




Passion for providing great customer service andbuilding relationships
Currently studying, recently graduated, previous experience, or looking for an entry level IT role.
Enjoys problem solving and working towards a solution
Ready with a baseline understanding of IT, or ability to learn quickly and demonstrate skills
Highly organised and ability to effectively prioritise workload
Great communication skills, both written and verbally
