About the Role
We are looking for a professional, organised, and customerfocusedReceptionist / Office Administratorto manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to the office and various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a skilled and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, enquiries, and general client communications.
Understand clients' requirements and concerns and direct them to the appropriate counsellor or department.
Record and updateCRM remarks for visited clientsand complete necessary paperwork for enrolled clients.
Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
Maintain accurate client records, documents, and administrative files.
Provide general administrative support to different departments as required.
Coordinate and assist withevents, expos, seminars, and promotional activitiesorganised by APG.
Attend APG events and seminars to support client engagement and recruitment activities.
Maintain records ofoffice assets, keys, access cards, stationery, and merchandise.
Coordinate monthly office grocery and general office supply requirements.




Maintain office stores and ensure adequate availability of stationery and promotional materials.
Assist withbills, invoices, employee reimbursements, and related administrative documentation.
Participate in promotional activities and assist in creating videos and other content for social media platforms such asInstagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
Support the team with other office administration and coordination requirements.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements
Previous experience in areceptionist, office administration, customer service, or similar roleis preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency inMS Office and other office management tools.
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
Willingness to participate in events, expos, seminars, and promotional activities as required.
