You will support the General Manager in delivering person-centred care, ensuring high standards of assessment, care planning, evaluation and clinical governance for residents.
With a focus on resident well-being, you will lead a compassionate clinical team, manage 30+ beds, and liaise with families and professionals to ensure optimal care.
