Espresso@theWesley is looking for a confident and reliable Barista to work approximately ***** hours per week, primarily across weekday morning and daytime trade. Located on Level 2 of The Wesley Hospital, the café is open Monday to Friday, 5:30am–4:30pm, serving quality coffee, breakfast, lunch and desserts to hospital staff, patients, visitors and local customers.

Key responsibilities

Produce high-quality espresso coffees consistently during busy periods
n
Perform coffee calibration, grinding and milk texturing
n
Provide excellent customer service and communication
n
Work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team
n
Maintain good attention to detail and pride in presentation

Experience with coffee calibration, grinding and milk texturing
n
The ability to consistently produce high-quality coffees during busy periods
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills
