Job Description
As an Aboriginal Health Worker, you will provide flexible, culturally respectful care to Aboriginal individuals, families, and communities.
Key responsibilities
You'll act as a key link between community members and health services, ensuring access, trust, and improved outcomes.
Support and build connections between community and health services.
Contribute to health promotion, education, and screening programs.
Maintain accurate records and ensure client confidentiality.
What you need

Hold or be working towards a Certificate III in Aboriginal Primary Health Care (or similar).
Robust understanding of Aboriginal culture and health issues.
