About the role
n
As a Care Worker, you'll play an important role in supporting residents' wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
n
Your day may include:
n

Providing personal care and daily living support
n
Building genuine relationships with residents and their families
n
Promoting residents' dignity, rights and individual choices
n
Working collaboratively with nurses and care teams
n
Maintaining accurate documentation and following care plans
n

About you
n
You bring both the qualifications and the compassion needed to deliver exceptional care.

To be successful, you'll have:
n
n




Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
n
Experience in aged care, disability, health or community services
n
Availability to work a rotating roster across a range of shifts
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
A genuine commitment to person-centred care
n
n
Location & Transport
n
Located in beautiful Springwood in the Blue Mountains, our home is approximately 1km from Springwood train station. Own transport is helpful but not essential.
