About the roleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced person to lead our dynamic Parts & Accessories team.
Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal and supported by the Group Manager, the Parts and Accessories Manager, will oversee the Accessories Staff, Customer Service Manager and Parts Interpreters.
This role is pivotal in driving performance across our parts and accessories departments, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving budgeted sales and profit targets.

The role:




Mentor and motivate your team to increase sales and provide exceptional customer service.
Attend product training events and enhance your product knowledge.
Inventory management and stock ordering.
Attend daily sales meetings and work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure your departments success.
Develop opportunities for sales growth.
To be successful in this roleyou will need:
Experience leading a team to manage sales performance, stock takes, merchandising displays and other tasks
The ability to generate sales of accessories and parts
Attention to detail with demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Prior experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry a bonus
Basic mechanical knowledge of motorcycles or the ability to achieve.
