An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Executive Support Officer to provide high-level support to a group of senior leaders within a respected healthcare organisation. Description

Reporting into senior leadership, the Executive Support Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions across the organisation.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Provide comprehensive executive support to multiple senior leaders.
n
Manage complex calendars, appointments and scheduling requirements.
n
Coordinate meetings, workshops and events, including venue and logistics management.
n
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports and other executive documentation.
n
Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.
n
Manage executive correspondence, emails and confidential communications.
n
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries when required.
n
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
n
Maintain accurate records, filing systems and governance documentation.
n
Monitor deadlines, commitments and follow-up actions on behalf of executives.
n
Support broader administrative and operational activities as required.
n
Build effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholder groups.
n

Profile
n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
n
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Executive Support Officer position.
n
Strong diary, email and stakeholder management capabilities.
n
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
n
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
n
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
n
Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
n
Professional judgement and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
n
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
n
Experience within healthcare, community services, or not-for-profit environments will be highly regarded.

Job Offer
n

Salary ranging from $80k - $90k + Super + Salary Packaging.
n
Permanent full-time position Monday - Friday.
n
Start date from 29th of September.
n
