We are seeking Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care in an aged care setting located near Yackandandah VIC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and caring professional who enjoys working in a flexible, dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high quality, person centered care to residents.
n
Monitor and assess resident health, administering medications and treatments as required.
n
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice care.
n
Ensure resident safety and comfort, promoting dignity and independence.
n
Support and educate families and staff on care-related matters.
n




Comply with regulatory and clinical standards, including Aged Care Quality Standards.
n

Qualifications and Experience
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
n
Previous experience in an aged care setting is preferred, but not essential.
n

Ideally with NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)

Australian Police Check (or willingness to undergo one)
