About the Role
n
As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide practical, social and personal support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity and quality of life.
n
This is a community-based role where no two days are the same. You will be part of a team that values connection, reliability and making a real difference.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide personal care including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting
n
Assist with domestic support such as cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
n
Support community access including appointments, shopping and social outings
n
Deliver companionship and emotional support
n
Promote independence, choice and dignity
n
Observe and report changes in client wellbeing
n
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team
n
n
About You

Passionate about supporting older people to live well at home
n
Reliable, compassionate and respectful
n




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Flexible and adaptable across different client needs
n

Essential Requirements
n
n
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Home & Community or equivalent)
n
Current First Aid and CPR
n
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Smartphone for rostering and communication systems
n
