Customers rarely walk past Olympia without stopping.

Some are curious about the technology.

Many sit in the chair for the first time and realise it's something they didn't expect.

That moment is where this role begins.

You'll guide customers through the experience, explain the technology, and help them decide whether it's right for their home and lifestyle.
n
Our products range from $5,000 to $15,000, so every interaction is consultative rather than transactional.

What you'll be doing

Starting natural conversations with customers
n
Demonstrating our advanced massage technology
n
Helping customers understand how it improves comfort and recovery
n
Recommending the right product for their needs
n
Creating a calm, professional retail experience
n
