About the role
n
This is a casual position offering adaptable shifts across weekdays and weekends. You'll be working within aged care facilities, providing hands-on support to residents and working as part of a dedicated care team.

What you'll be doing
n

Support residents with personal care, dressing, mobility, meals, and everyday living activities
n
Monitor residents' wellbeing and promptly communicate any changes or concerns to the nursing team
n
Maintain accurate, timely care notes and documentation
n
Create a safe, respectful,



and welcoming environment where residents feel valued every shift
n
Deliver care in line with aged care standards, policies, and best practice requirements
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Recent AIN experience in an aged care setting
n
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
n
Strong communication skills and a genuine, compassionate approach
n
A real commitment to quality, resident-centred care
n
Availability across a range of shifts including weekdays and weekends
n
