Job Description
AusAir Cronulla, Sydney, is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition across Meta and Google as part of our international expansion. You'll shape campaigns, create compelling content briefs, and work closely with the founding team to build scalable processes.

Initially you'll execute end-to-end campaigns, produce creative variations, and optimise ROAS and CAC, while setting the foundation for a broader marketing leadership role as AusAir scales globally.
