With a strong pipeline of commercial, residential and mixed‐use work, we're expanding our civil design capability in Helensvale.

We're seeking a Intermediate to Senior Civil Designer with expert-level 12d capability and strong experience across commercial, residential civil design & land development. This role suits a designer who wants ownership, technical influence, and the chance to shape civil delivery within a collaborative, high-performance team.

About the Role – Civil Design (12d Pro)
n
You will lead and contribute to civil design packages for land development, commercial and residential building projects, working closely with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams.
n
Typical projects include:
n
n
Commercial building developments
n
Residential estates
n
Mixed-use developments
n
Urban infill and redevelopment sites
n
Siteworks supporting structural building projects
n
Land subdivisions
n
n
This is a civil design role focused on development and building projects.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver civil design packages using advanced 12d modelling
n
Prepare siteworks, earthworks, drainage and services designs
n
Produce civil drawings, documentation and mark-ups
n
Assist with concept, tender and construction documentation
n
Undertake design analysis using industry software
n
Attend client and project team meetings
n
Contribute to project delivery within scope, time and budget
n
Participate in internal design reviews and QA processes
n




Assist with technical documentation and
reportingCollaborate
with structural and civil teams across offices
n
Provide guidance to Graduate
Designers/Engineers
where appropriate
n

About You
n
You're a motivated civil designer with strong development-sector experience and deep capability in 12d. You want to step into a senior role where your technical skill and judgement genuinely influence project outcomes.
n
You will have:
n
n
5–12+ years civil design experience in consultancy
n
Expert to Highly advanced proficiency in 12d
n
Strong experience in land development, commercial or residential civil design
n
Solid understanding of siteworks, drainage, earthworks and services design
n
Experience producing civil drawings for
development/building
projects
n
Proficiency with CAD platforms
n
Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
Ability to apply sound engineering judgement
n
Commitment to professional development
n
Working toward Chartered or RPEQ (advantageous but not essential)
n
