About the Role

We're on the lookout for someone with a driven mindset to boost our David JonesIndooroopilly Counter's potential. This serene counter and beauty room is one the favourites amongst team members, it's a beautiful, fresh space for our team to perform their magic and provide an inspiring, caring customer service experience.
n
As the UltraCounter Manager, you play an integral role in setting the standard for your team. You are responsible for providing clients with the highest level of customer service and skin education, conducting high quality facial treatments as well as meeting KPIs and sales targets whilst being up to date with the newest products and changes in the industry.
n
We are looking for someone who can work autonomously, is highly self-motivated and has experience, preferably in a department store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform in depth skin consultations and provide client advice on Ultraceuticals products and treatments.
n
Take clients through 90 day skin journeys, achieving real visible results.
n
Organise and facilitate in store events.
n
Manage day to day counter operations.
n
Driveindividual sales and services targets.
n
n
Our Ideal Beauty Therapist
n
n
Proven experience as a manager or team leader.
n
Strong track records in achieving sales targets and meeting and exceeding KPIs.
n
Exceptional customer service ability.
n
Positive attitude, driven and self-motivated, with a passion to achieve sales targets.
n
Ability to commit to a set fortnightly rotating roster.
n
Experience and understanding of cosmeceutical grade products and treatments would be advantageous
n

Please Note: A Beauty Therapist Certificate IV or Diploma qualification is required for this position as professional recommendations and beauty room treatments are key points of difference for Ultraceuticals.
