We're looking for an experienced Cruise Consultant to join a highly successful wholesale travel business, supporting travel agents and their customers with exceptional cruise experiences across some of the world's leading cruise lines.

The Role

Working within a dedicated cruise team, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice and managing cruise bookings from enquiry through to completion.
n
You'll be working closely with travel agents, helping them secure the right cruise product for their clients while delivering outstanding service and commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
n
Managing cruise enquiries and bookings from travel agent partners
n
Providing expert advice across cruise lines, itineraries, destinations, cabins and inclusions
n
Quoting and converting cruise opportunities
n
Managing bookings, amendments, payments and documentation
n
Building strong relationships with travel agents and internal teams
n
Staying up to date with cruise products, promotions and industry developments
n
Identifying opportunities to maximise sales and customer value

About You
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience in cruise sales or travel consulting
n
Strong knowledge of cruise products, destinations and cruise lines
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
A genuine passion for travel and cruising
n
GDS and/or travel booking system experience is advantageous
n
