We are actively developing team members into future Supervisors, Product Leaders, and Production Managers.

Key responsibilities

Receiving and handling fresh milk
n
Operating milk pasteurisation systems
n
Coagulating and cutting curd
n
Stretching and forming soft cheese
n
Moulding and preparing cheese for packaging
n
Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
n
Overseeing packaging lines and team members
n
Ensuring correct labelling, sealing, and product presentation
n
Maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) compliance
n
Conducting quality control checks
n
Supporting efficient and protected production flow
n
