About the Opportunity (When Roles Open)
As a Personal Training Manager, you'll lead and grow the PT team, driving performance, culture and results across the club.
You'll play a key role in building a high-performing PT business, supporting trainers to succeed, and creating an environment where members achieve real results.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruiting, mentoring and developing a high-performing PT team
Driving PT revenue, growth and overall club performance
Supporting trainer development and building a strong pipeline of future PTs
Leading group training initiatives and member engagement activities
Ensuring compliance,



safety and high service standards
Contributing to a high-performance, results-driven club culture
Who We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience (PT or fitness setting preferred)
Cert III & IV in Fitness (or working towards)
A strong mentor who can build and develop teams
Business-minded with a passion for growth and results
Authentic, driven and passionate about fitness
Organised, proactive and target-focused
