Our plumbers work directly with residential customers, so personality and communication matter. We're looking for someone warm, well-spoken, energetic and motivated who enjoys meeting people and takes pride in completing quality work.

About the role
n
You'll support our residential service team by completing plumbing installations and the work arising from service appointments. This is a hands‐on position for a qualified tradesperson with extensive domestic installation experience.
n
Your work will include:
n
n
Completing installations identified by the service team
n
Replacing and installing hot‐water systems
n
Installing toilets, taps, sinks, basins and other fixtures
n
Water, waste and drainage pipework
n
Completing plumbing upgrades
n
Assisting with blocked drains and general residential plumbing
n
Carrying out repairs and replacements in customers' homes
n
Keeping customers informed while work is completed
n
Completing accurate job notes and on‐site reporting
n
Working closely with the service, scheduling and office teams

About you
n
You're an experienced plumber who can complete residential installations efficiently, professionally and with minimal supervision.
n
You'll have:
n
n
A current NSW plumbing tradesperson licence
n
Extensive residential installation experience
n
Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing systems
n
Experience with hot‐water systems, fixtures and general plumbing installations
n
The ability to complete work independently
n
A warm, professional and well‐spoken manner
n
Strong customer‐service and communication skills
n
A current Australian driver's licence
n
Reliable work habits and attention to detail
n
A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
n
