Job Description
n
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst role or a role requiring business process analysis and improvement.
n
Ability to rapidly understand business needs and translate business needs into updated process maps and user stories.
n
Workshop facilitation and discussion with stakeholders in order to ensure collaboration in requirements gathering and solution definition.
n
Developing detailed business, technical requirements and data integration documentation.
n
Experience in change management.
n
Experience writing user stories.
n
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a focus on simplification.
n
Experience implementing a SaaS solution.
n
Experience as a Business Analysis in Agile teams or Agile Project Delivery.
n
High level written and oral communication skills and excellent organisational skills.
n

Australian permanent residency status is required for this position.
