is a busy, multi-franchise dealership committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As our
Aftercare Consultant
, you will play an important role in supporting our sales team and enhancing the customer journey by presenting tailored car care, protection and vehicle enhancement solutions.
You will work closely with customers and our dealership teams to maximise aftermarket opportunities while ensuring every customer receives professional advice, genuine value and a seamless experience from purchase through to delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Present car care and protection products including paint protection, interior protection and window tinting
Recommend aftermarket products and enhancement packages tailored to individual customer needs
Maximise aftermarket opportunities across new and used vehicle sales
Build strong customer relationships through engaging and professional presentationsWork closely with Sales, Finance and Service teams to coordinate aftermarket installations
Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership and manufacturer processes




Deliver an exceptional customer experience from purchase through to vehicle handover
Consistently work towards and achieve individual and dealership performance targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience in automotive sales, aftermarket sales, F&I; or a similar sales-focused role
Strong communication, presentation and closing skills
A natural ability to build rapport and understand customer needs
Ability to influence outcomes through expertise and consistency
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Professional presentation and a customer-first attitude
A positive, proactive and results-driven approach
