Core Talent is partnering with a highly regarded architectural residential builder delivering some of Sydney's most complex and prestigious homes.

With six active projects across Sydney, ranging from approximately $15M-$40M, they are looking for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter / Working Foreman to join the team.
n
Working directly alongside an experienced Site Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of a major luxury residential project, with genuine opportunity to progress into Site Management.

The Role
n
n
Lead and coordinate Carpenters, Apprentices and subcontractors
n
Manage trade sequencing, scopes of work and daily site activities
n
Coordinate works against programme, drawings and specifications
n
Maintain exceptionally high quality and workmanship standards
n
Assist with site planning, programming and construction methodology
n
Identify and resolve design, construction and sequencing issues
n
Work closely with the Site Manager, consultants and project team
n
Maintain strong WHS,



quality and compliance standards
n

About You
n
n
Qualified Carpenter with experience as a Leading Hand / Working Foreman
n
Strong background delivering high-end, architecturally designed homes
n
Confident coordinating trades, subcontractors and carpentry teams
n
Strong understanding of scope, sequencing, drawings and quality control
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
High attention to detail and pride in delivering premium finishes
n
Looking for a long-term position with progression into Site Management
n
