Prime Property Sunshine Coast is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our team.
We're not a traditional property management company, and that's intentional.
We recognise that the property management industry can be demanding, with large portfolios, constant interruptions, unrealistic workloads and the expectation that one person manages everything from start to finish.
That's not how we operate.
Our office follows a
task-based structure
, meaning responsibilities are shared across the team rather than each Property Manager being responsible for an entire portfolio from A to Z. This allows our team to focus on their responsibilities without constantly being pulled in every direction.

About the Role
As an experienced Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of property management functions within our task-based team structure, including:
Communicating with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Managing tenancy compliance and legislation requirements




Processing applications and preparing tenancy documentation
Managing lease renewals, notices and general tenancy administration
Conducting routine inspections and preparing Entry and Exit Condition Reports
Managing emails, phone calls and daily tasks
Following up outstanding matters and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Providing support across the broader property management team when required
Because of our task-based structure, you won't be expected to carry the entire workload of a traditional portfolio manager.
We work as a team, share responsibility and support each other.
About You
We are looking for an
experienced Property Manager
who understands the role and can hit the ground running.
You will ideally have:
A strong understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation and property management procedures
Excellent organisational and time management skills
The ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
High attention to detail
A calm and professional approach when dealing with challenging situations
A genuine team-focused attitude




The ability to take ownership of your responsibilities while knowing when to ask for support
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence is required.
