After more than a decade of delivering civil infrastructure projects across Australia, BildGroup is making a deliberate move into the energy and renewables sector.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead this next stage of our growth.
n
You'll initially be based in Melbourne, working alongside our estimating team to price and shape a growing pipeline of energy tenders. As projects are secured, you'll establish and lead their delivery, build your team and grow into a broader leadership role within the business.

About the role
n
As Senior Project Manager – Energy & Renewables, you'll help develop BildGroup's growing energy pipeline and lead projects from tender through to delivery.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n




Working with the estimating team to price and shape energy and renewables tenders
n
Supporting bid strategy, tender development and commercial alignment
n
Establishing and leading projects as work is secured
n
Building and developing high-performing project teams
n
Managing client relationships and key project stakeholders
n
Overseeing project contracts, variations and claims
n
Supporting the development of BildGroup's broader energy and renewables capability
n
Travelling interstate and working FIFO or DIDO as required for secured projects
n
n
Skills and experience
n
n
Senior-level experience delivering civil or infrastructure projects
n
Experience within energy or renewables—including substations, wind, solar, battery energy storage systems or terminal stations is highly regarded
n
Proven bid, tender or estimating experience, or a strong track record and genuine willingness to develop this capability
n
Strong commercial acumen
n
Sound contract knowledge across variations, claims and tender alignment
n
Proven leadership experience and the ability to build high-performing teams
n
Strong client and stakeholder relationship-management skills
n
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
n
MIEAust status is highly regarded
n
Willingness to travel interstate and work FIFO or DIDO as projects are secured
n
n
Please note that interstate travel and FIFO/DIDO availability are firm requirements of this position.
