The Role
n
You'll be responsible for:
n

Batch cooking and preparing products to set recipes
n
Leading a small team of 2 staff on shift
n
Ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across production
n
Printing and following production sheets and recipes
n
Completing stocktakes and basic reporting
n
Maintaining a clean, organised, and food-protected workspace
n
n




This is not a restaurant role — it's all about consistency, systems, and execution.

Working Hours
n
n
4 days per week
n
Core days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
n
Plus alternating Thursday or Friday
n
No nights
n
No weekend work
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has experience in production kitchens, catering, or food manufacturing
n
Is confident managing or guiding a small team
n
Follows recipes and processes exactly and consistently
n
Is organised and comfortable with basic computer tasks (printing, stocktakes)
n
Takes pride in cleanliness, structure, and efficiency
n
Is reliable and enjoys a steady, structured work environment
n
