Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
Convene and conduct meetings -Via Zoom & in person
No Accounts & lots of administration support will be provided
Portfolio of 58 Buildings
Lots apx 585
Mostly located in Eastern Suburbs / inner west
Mostly blocks of 6 to 18
Mostly residential, 1 Mixed use and 1 Factory complex

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Is someone with valuable employment record and tenure in employment periods.
Someone who is seeking longer term employment and willing to grow the portfolio with appropriate growth in Salary accordingly
Big Sch B's commissions on offer
Salary pending experience but happy to look at all
Car space, Phone & computer is provided on top
