Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Pool Technician to join a well-established, high-performing pool shop and service business in Mosman, Sydney.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, suited to an experienced technician who can work independently, set standards on the road, and lead by example.

The Role
n
You will take ownership of the technical delivery of on-road services, including:
n

Installation, servicing, and repair of pool equipment (pumps, filters, chlorinators, automation)
n
Advanced fault-finding and diagnostics
n
Spa servicing and equipment work
n
Assessing equipment condition and recommending solutions
n
Handling complex or high-value jobs
n
Supporting and mentoring other technicians as required
n
Maintaining high professional and safety standards
n
n
About You
n
n
2+ years' experience as a pool technician (Relative experience considered)
n




Strong background in pool equipment installations and repairs
n
Electrical
disconnect/reconnect
experience (licence not required)
n
Spa experience
n
Current driver's licence
n
Confident working independently with minimal supervision
n
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
n
Comfortable being the "go-to" technician on technical matters
n
