Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join their Brisbane studio on a temp / contract basis and play a key role in the delivery of retail, hospitality & hotel, and multi-residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate detailed documentation across all project stages.
n
Ensure accuracy and compliance with Australian building codes and standards.
n
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
n
Contribute to BIM workflows and maintain quality assurance throughout the process.
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Advanced Revit proficiency, strong knowledge of BIM processes and Autodesk construction cloud.
n
Solid understanding of construction detailing and Australian building regulations.
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to manage priorities and work effectively within a team environment.
