We are seeking four experienced
Contact Centre Systems Technical Leads
to join a leading Federal Government Agency. The successful
Technical Lead
will lead the design, development and enhancement of enterprise cloud-based
contact centre platforms
, delivering cutting-edge
AWS solutions
that support critical customer service capabilities. You will be offered an initial
12 month contract
with a further
12 month extension
option and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
Responsibilities
Designing, building and supporting cloud-based contact centre solutions using
AWS Amazon Connect
Developing
AWS microservices
solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, S3,



DynamoDB and Step Functions
Leading integrations between contact centre platforms and enterprise systems
Implementing Infrastructure as Code,
CI/CD pipelines
and secure
cloud delivery practices
Providing technical leadership, mentoring and stakeholder engagement across complex delivery programs
Qualifications
Extensive experience designing and supporting AWS cloud solutions, including Amazon Connect
Strong experience with AWS microservices, API-led integration and cloud architecture patterns
Full-stack development experience across front-end applications, APIs and enterprise integrations
Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitLab and DevOps practices
Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions
