We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join a growing healthcare organisation supporting a network of medical clinics across Australia.

Based in Hawthorn, Melbourne, this is a hands-on role supporting practice managers, healthcare professionals and corporate employees across a multi-site organisation.

The Role
n
You will provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including:
n

Employee onboarding and offboarding
n
Employee relations and performance management
n
HR administration and employee records
n
Employment contracts and variations
n
Award interpretation and Fair Work compliance
n
HR policies, procedures and people initiatives
n




Credentialing, working rights and employment compliance
n
Providing day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees
n
n
About You
n
You will have:
n
n
Previous experience in a generalist HR role
n
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Modern Awards
n
Experience in employee relations and performance management
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A proactive, organised and hands-on approach
n
Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience will be highly regarded
