The Opportunity:
n
We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Research Associate. You will play a key role in the successful delivery of clinical trials, working with a close-knit team of professionals who are passionate about advancing healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Conduct and manage site monitoring activities independently, ensuring compliance with protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with site staff, investigators,



and internal stakeholders.
n
Oversee study progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
n
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior CRAs as needed.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field.
n
A valid Australian Driver's License.
n
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a CRO workplace with independent monitoring responsibilities.
n
Proven experience in the Australian clinical research landscape.
n
